前回は自分が相手の理想に振り回されると将来的に耐えられがたい苦痛になる(かも)という話でした。
もちろん前回も書いたように、相手の望むものと自分の望むものが一致しているなら変わっていけます。
逆の立場になって考えると、相手を変えさせようとする行為はこういうことになりますかね。
自分がなってほしいと思っている人間像を相手に理解させ、さらに相手の目標をその人間像に向かわせる
ただ「こうしろ」「こうしてほしい」と言うだけでは相手は変わりません。
念のため。「理想の人間像」は「自分がなりたいと思っている人間像」と「相手になってほしいと思っている人間像」の二種類について述べています。
前回は「自分がなりたいと思っている人間像」を相手に納得させようという話でした。
当然、「相手になってほしいと思っている人間像」も相手に納得してもらわないと、同じように苦痛が待っています。
さて、そこで考えるべきは、相手の人にどんな人間になってほしいんでしょう？ということです。
果たしてそれは自分が人から要求された時に納得できる人間像でしょうか？
これらのことを常に心がけながら行動すれば、自分の態度は少しずつ変わっていけるのではないかと思って頑張っております^^;。
自分に当てはめた際に、自分が良くても相手は嫌だと思うかもしれないし、自分が嫌でも相手は問題無いと思うかもしれない、ということもあるわけですが。それを察知せよというのはかなりの高望みだと思う。
よく忘れるのでこうやって文章化する機会があってよかったです^^;。
あと、「相手」は最初「パートナー」と書いていたのですが、限定したくないので変えました。
え？私が相手に望むことですか？
そりゃぁ上記のようなことを心に留めてくれることです^^;。
接近戦^^;でなければどんな思想であっても全然意に介さないですけどね。
