読者の増やし方、教えます

実はここしばらくは、自分の書きたいことを崩さない程度にアクセスアップに関していくつかの実験をしていました。
この記事のベタなタイトルもその一環です^^;。

とはいえ、私はこんなこともしているようにアクセス数が見えることに固執しているわけでもなく、読者の思考過程への興味のほうが強いです。
なお、私は自己顕示欲は無いどころか"ありあり"です^^;。たくさんの人に読まれたいと思っておりますので、このサイトは是非リンク上等でよろしくお願いいたします:p。
リンクがんがんしてください～^^;。

あらかじめ書いておきますが、ここで述べるのは、ページビューを増やすのではなく、「読者を増やす」ことに関してです。ここでの「読者」は端的には「bookmark/アンテナ/RSS reader に subscribe してくれる人」です。変なことして一時的に増えてもしかたないですから。でも、変なことしてでもとにかく存在を知ってもらわないと始まらない、という論点も含めます。
で、その方法は「良いコンテンツを出す」に他ならないですが、それを言ってもしょうがないので^^;ここでは置いておきます。
つまり、コンテンツが良いのは前提として、その認知度が上がって認められる時にはどんなことが起っているか？です。

さて、私のページは今のところココログのページの中では読まれているほうでは無いように思いますが、自分だけでなく他で観測したことも交えて、オーナーの行動がアクセスに与える影響についての考察を記録として書き留めておきたいと思います。

なお、キャッチーであることやユーザビリティといった観点からの読者を惹き付ける手段については、自分の意見としては、

あたりに書いてます。見栄え/文章力についてはセンス０なので何も書けません^^;。今回はアクセス解析と観測に基づいて。
なので、当然どんなサイトにも当てはまるわけじゃありませんし、事実のみを述べているわけでもありません_o_。ここに挙げた以外の要因もまだまだあると思います。


blog(ココログ)へのアクセスの傾向

基本は検索からの流れ

とにかく検索サイトからいらっしゃる方が多いです。
私のサイトではあまり注目される検索ワードは含まれないほうなのですが、それでも全体の半数は越えるでしょう。こういうのに載るようなキーワードをテーマにしていらっしゃる方は全アクセスの 60%, 70% ということもあるかもしれません。

流行っているテレビ番組(今なら「白い巨塔」とか「プライド」ですか？)なんかについて述べるとかなりアクセスがあるようです。私も試しにやろうかなとか思ったけど、さすがにカラーが違い過ぎて出来ませんが^^;。
そもそもテレビなんてニュース以外では「行列の出来る法律相談所」くらいしか見てないし-_-。あでも最近は「エンタの神様」とか「爆テン」にちと興味が^^;。と、ここでキーワードを挙げてみるテスト:p。ごめんなさい～^^;。キーワードのみ載せるのは基本的に最悪の方法です:p。
というわけで、自分が興味ないのにやる必要はない、と考えていますが、読者を増やすのが何よりの目的であるなら、どうぞ^^;。

その他は、「流行語」「させていただく」みたいな、時事性のあるもの、トリビア的なものも興味を持たれます。
国語に関する記事とかは日常の話題にし易いので、引っかけられ易い傾向があるように思います。「句読点」の話題とか。

上記いずれの場合も、何らかの調査を伴った信頼性の高い記事のほうが、「読者」化の可能性が高いです。時事ネタの場合は逆に事実の報道よりも感情をともなう率直な感想が期待される可能性もありますが、「読者化」という観点では余り差は無いように思います。

また、この手の人の読者化に当たっては、興味を引くカテゴリ名と興味を引く記事タイトル一覧がすぐに見える必要があります。それをやっても大半の人は他の記事まで見ないで去っていきますが、やらないのと比べればかなり差が出るのではないかと思います。私は今はそこを一番重要視してます。所詮は日記とも思ってるので常に考えてるわけでもないけど^^;

ちなみに、検索で来る人はそもそもサイト内容を吟味して bookmark しようという気のある人が少ない、という話もありますが、そのページ一発で、「人」に興味を持たれるような構成/文章であれば、比率は少ないとはいえ十分にあり得ると私は思います。

ただ、検索から流れて来る人が多いのは、ココログだからこそ、とも言えます。もうしばらくしたらページランク調整がなされて流れてくる人が減っていくのかな、と。
ココログは(ランクの高い)nifty から激しくリンクされているので、他の blog よりランクが高いのではないかと思っていますがどうでしょう？

追記ですが、昨日は検索経由が50%を割りました。認知度が高まってくると検索経由の比率が下がっていくんですね。


ping server 侮れじ

BlogPeaple/MyBlogList その他にも ping すべきだ、と。
ココログ新着記事経由だけでもアクセス全体の 10%以上です。
ただしタイトルと本文冒頭、及び投稿時間帯にもよります。そのあたりはこちらとそのリンク先で述べられています。


話題性のある記事を出す

キャッチーなタイトルを伴って問題を提起するような記事を出すと、かなりアクセスがあります。
「メタブログ」と呼ばれる blog の使い方/blog ユーザに関する問題提起はあいかわらず興味を持たれています。この記事はもろですが^^;。そして一部の人には飽きられていますが。
ただ、自分の観測範囲では、例えば結構読まれている所からリンクされたとしても、そこ経由で流れてくる数は意外と少ないです。
多くて累計100程度(ここ一ヶ月ではありますが)。もちろん日々万単位のアクセスがあるようなところからリンクされたらもっと多くなるでしょうけれど、私は今のところそこまでは経験が無いです^^;。あ、もちろん今までにご紹介いただいた方には大感謝しております_o_。

他所からの紹介で見にきた人には、その「人」に興味をもつ人も多いので、他の記事を見たりして bookmark に到る可能性は高いです。その時、すぐに辿れる他の記事にもトラックバックされまくるようなものが混ざっていると、「この人はネタ元になる」ということで bookmark して貰えたりします^^;。これをツッコマビリティ能力者あるいは「煽ラー」とでも呼びましょうか:p。
「赤裸々シリーズ」も一部はこれに当たるかも知れません。
あまりにも赤裸々過ぎるとツッコマブルを通り越して、そっと見守ろう、になるかもしれません:p。ただもちろんそれも「読者」には違いないです。


文章以外の何かを公開する

ソフトウェアや音楽などを公開した場合、多くの人の興味は成果物だけにあるかもしれませんが、同じ道を目指す人などは高い確率で公開した「人」に興味を持ちます。もちろん文書と同じく、コンテンツのでき次第ではありますが^^;。ソフトウェア関連の場合、技術性よりも適用可能性(アイデア)の方が評価される傾向があります。


話題に便乗する

流行る話題に速効で乗ると、類似記事が他にあるにもかかわらず、結構読まれます。
トラックバック経由でも意外といらっしゃる方がいるということです。
ただ、紹介された場合ほどではありません。
また、類似商品が多いので、光る意見か情報が無いと「読者」化は難しいです。


人気サイトにコメントを付ける

話題の記事へのコメントでも、単なる感想ではなく新たな視点などで興味を引く内容を書くとか、人柄を感じさせる書き込みだと、「人」に興味をもって見にくる方がいらっしゃいます。アクセス数でいえばトラックバックの方が見にくる方が多いですが、「読者」になってくれる可能性はコメント経由のほうが高いと思います。もしかしたらそのサイトからの「特定記事の紹介」よりも高いのではないかと思います。「サイトの紹介」には劣るでしょうけれど。

コメント経由よりサイト紹介のほうが読者になってもらいやすい、と考えるのは、「紹介に弱い」気質がある、と考えているからにほかならないな^^;。ところで「コメント経由」でやってきた人の心理については別記事を起こす価値があるかも。


以前のサイトの読者を連れてくる

実はココログで当初からすごいアクセスがあるサイトのほとんどは、このパターンだったりします^^;。
このケースでは、もともとが読者だったのであっさり、です。
ちなみに私は自分のサイトが放置状態だったのであまり連れてくることはできませんでした^^;;。


ある程度認知度が上がると他愛もない記事でも公開直後にアクセスがある

これはなんだか不思議ですが、私の場合はそういうことがありました。
アンテナかな…とも思いましたが、検索経由が多く、それだけでも無いようなのです。
この理由はまだちょっとよくわかりません。
認知度に応じて検索結果でより上位に表示されるようになっている、ということはありますが…。
それは、記事公開の連動とは無関係だし…。勘違いの可能性もあり_o_。
時間単位で referrer 統計できるアクセス解析ツールなら解析しやすいんですが…-_-。
(追記)
どうやら RSS reader のような更新検出を用いている方が referrer なしでアクセスされている分が追加で集計されていたようです。ありがたいことでございまする。

他人の BlogPeaple などから流れて来る人はほとんどいない

BlogPeaple を貼っている本人からのものを除くと、他のルートと比較すればかなり少ないといえます。貼っている人への興味の度合いに影響される気はしますが。
ただし、「興味のある人が興味を持っている人」に興味をもってやってきているという意味で、やってきた人の「読者」化の可能性は多少高いと思われます。


とまぁ、とりあえずこんな感じで。
考察してみてより鮮明になったのは、bookmark してくれる「読者」は、やっぱり「人」を意識している、ということですね。
通常の Web サイトでも同じだったはずですが、blog/日記だと読者の興味が「記事」より「人」にいっそう向くように思います。なぜなら blog (サイト)に対する bookmark は資料的価値より将来への期待が込められているのですから。

うちは昨日で、検索経由は３８６／１９１１＝２０％程度ですね (^^;

あと、扱っている内容に興味があって、知らない人に知らせたいという意味では、exciteのカテゴリーpingってのもなかなか有効みたいです。

やはり、ぴっくあっぷ。さんところからとか、ココログルランキング経由は結構な数があります。

BlogPeopleやMyblogListは、おっしゃるとおり、記事の更新頻度や、更新時刻で変わってきます。当然、上位に入ると別の効果も発生します。


まあ、でも、なにより、自分がおもしろい、興味を持った記事を書くというのが、やはり王道ですね。

同じ視点、同じ事をおもしろいと思ってくれた人が、きっと度々訪れてくれているのだろうと思います。

ただ、やはり、それでも「タイトル」くらいは工夫した方が良いとは思いますが (^^;;

あと、繋がりですね。これはblogならでは。spamみたいなのは困りますが、茶々入れ、つっこみのTBやコメントは、相手に拒否されない限り、大いに「上等」だと思います。

と、記事に関する言明を頂けましたので、特に削除はしないです～^^;。
トラックバック数が多い場合は、「それを辿ろうとする読者が期待する物とは異なるであろう」という意味で、削除するかもしれませんが、少ないうちは気にしないです^^;。

ただ、「お返しトラックバック」といった話題が賑やかなように、トラックバックという行為はサイト管理者へのアクションだけでなく、サイト読者へのアクションでもある、という事は、なるべく多くの方に知っておいていただいた方が公益にはなるかな、と^^;。

　僕の所ではアクセス解析でチェックしてみると「ラフメイカー」というキーワードで来てしまう人が一番でした。バンプオブチキンの曲なんですが、それのフラッシュがあってそれをちょっと紹介しただけなんですけど(^^;)。本来のテーマであるバンドセッション大会のコメントって全然つかないんですねぇ。頑張らないとなぁ。

やっぱり読者が定着するのは人柄がにじみ出てくる記事の内容によるますよね。
一時的なアクセスよりもコメントしなくても頻繁に来てくれる人が増えればいいと思う私です。
