ブログのなかでその筆者の心の傷ような記述にときたま出会う。ま、私自身とここもその例外ではないといえばそうでもある。 そうした時、とても不思議な気はする。 なぜそんなものを公開するのか？、と。そしてそれについての理屈は付くには付くのだろう。そして、「癒し」という言葉は嫌いだが、その公開とそれを読む人との間に、癒しに近いある心の運動は始まる。
人に見せることが目的であるケースは少ないのではないかと思っています。 励ましなどの他者からの反応は必要なくて、他者からも見える場所に書き記したという事実が、自分に対するセルフハンディキャッピング的に作用するんじゃないかなぁ、と。 「自分はこんな状況にある/あった」「でも生きている」という状況を自ら作るんです。自分が自分について書くとしたらそういう心境で書くかなと思っただけですけど。その意味で、この効果を狙う場合は他者から見えない場所に書いても弱い。自虐ネタとして他者からは嘲笑してもらえれば本望みたいな。 もっともっと重い場合はどうなんでしょうね…。わかんないですがやっぱりそれも明言したくない何かに対する予防線的にされるのではないだろうかと思う…。予防線をはれたことに癒される、とか？^^;
